Your team's work is buried in a spreadsheet, Word docs, OneNote, Google Sheets, email threads, Teams chats, sticky notes and your head.

Meetings are for fixing the plan, not finding it
Link each task to the work it waits on, in your team or another company's. Specificity shows what's late, everything waiting on it and who owns it, so your check-in goes to setting dates and naming owners.
The Map
Shows the late tasks other work is waiting on, how much waits behind each, and which milestones are at risk. You can also ask it a question in plain words.Effort and impact
You set impact, effort and owners. The graph sorts your work into do now, plan ahead, delegate and later.
One plan across teams and companies
Give a vendor, a client or a contractor their own team in a shared project. Each keeps its own space and sees the links between them. Anything labeled Internal or Restricted stays with the people it's for.
Invite people or share a code
Invite people by email, or give them the team's code to join. Each team has its own board, timeline and org chart.Files and a Library
Keep files on tasks with every version. Your Library holds the instructions, writing samples and templates the agents work from.
Six agents for the documents around the work
Put an agent on a task the way you'd assign a person. It asks when the brief is thin, saves what it makes on the task for you to sign off, and hands off to the next agent when one task feeds another.
- Document WriterWordPDFWrites memos, emails and documents from a short brief.
- ProofreaderWordPDFPowerPointReviews what's already written, in a copy, with tracked changes or comments.
- Research AnalystBriefAnswers a question with a one-page brief, every source cited.
- Deck DesignerPowerPointBuilds decks in your PowerPoint template.
- Spreadsheet BuilderExcelBuilds workbooks with working formulas.
- Tracker UpdaterExcelUpdates and signs off on existing trackers.
Agents spend from a weekly budget for each person, which refills on Monday.
Privacy mode keeps your work away from AI
The first time you sign in, you choose AI on or privacy mode. In privacy mode nothing you do is sent to any AI model, and anything already running stops. With AI on, every tool has its own switch.
Turn AI tools on to choose which tools you use.
Each tool reads only what it needs
Every switch has a card that lists exactly what its tool reads. Some work never goes
Tasks labeled No AI are never sent to an AI model, whatever your switches say.Where AI work goes
Specificity's AI tools use Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic says it deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, unless they're flagged for breaking its usage policy (then it can keep them up to 2 years), and that it doesn't train on them by default. Get specific.
Your personal tasks are yours alone; a team sees only the work you add to it.
